Hiya Butch,

Ok, warez, huh? <grinz> Here's the best example I can give you.. here:

http://www.warez.com

Ok, once there, (btw, please stay outta their chatroom, k? ROFLMAO) You can

do a search for just about any program you'd like.... and the code or serial

or crack as it's called to register it as well... want music? You can find

that too.. or porn, or anything you want. Prolly no beer though ;-p

When you're on that page, look on the left hand, column of all that stuff -

under Recommended Links - click on that, a new window will open up and it'll

give you a bunch of sites where you can get more warez (programs and whatever

you want). Free. And illegal. FBI routinely closes em down and they pop up on

another server. Lotsa hackers out there and good ones too.. :) Don't knock

it, some of the best are employed by the USA. Government stuff. Other

countries as well.

Warez, the name, actually dates way back to when people used to barter for

things.........bartering led to them bringing their wares or things used in

bartering and trading things to a central location - a take off of this

history is warez. wares~warez. Tools used in trading things. All it really

means. Many of the sites you'll see if you actually go that far will be

advertisments for porn, etc - these are the sponsors that keep these sites

going. You can get at some sites, a lot of forced pop-ups, once again,

sponsors. You'd be surprised at some of who the sponsors really are......

Take care, hope that explains it..

Hugs,

Marilyn
