Guest guest
The problem is usually comes from sending html/mime emails from outlook - the combinations of different mail readers & list admin programs can sometimes mean that the email loses the plot somewhere along the line & can't be interpreted by the email reader. The simple solution is for people to have their settings as plain text when they email. I think has a setting for this as well.
