MM,

Oh yes...I would be more then intrested in a recipe or two of scottish

origin...my husband is scottish and well he's very much proud of it too...

traced his family tree all the way back to a few interesting people.... and

well I " ve been looking for things to make for him...sounds strange I know but

I guess it's love..hehe...anyway thank you very much ....

These are amazing. We don't really do much with gingerbread houses etc over

here

Perhaps I ought to start!

 

Here in Scotland we have something called 'Black Bun' which is eaten at New

Year.It's very rich

There is also 'Cloutie Dumpling'

.

If anyone's interested I'll find some recipes

I'll sort out some recipes tonight = whereabouts in Scotland was your husbands

family? I'll seeif there's anything particular to that area. He might like to
