Whole Food Vitamins

I don't always check posts here so I might have missed this, but is

there any scientific information as to why whole food vitamins are

supposed to be better than plain vitamins? I am considering buying

TwinLab Whole Food Vitamins and would like to know if it's worth the

extra bucks!

Not to mention that light kills nutrients.. yes even the brown bottles.. if

you can SEE the pill through the bottle then obviously light is getting in..

buy only opaque bottles.
