We have until the Nuclear Nonproliferation Treaty meeting on May

2 to speak out strongly against the Bush Administration's

retreat from weapons control agreements.

 

Among other announcements, the Administration has refused to

ratify the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty and continues to push

for " usable " nuclear devices like the proposed Robust Nuclear

Earth Penetrator.

 

We risk losing more than thirty years of progress in nuclear

weapons reduction achieved under presidents of both parties. We

must speak up against nuclear proliferation.
