[Editor's Note: Rick Santee is a very competent dark field

microscopist. He often attended health expos and worked in the offices

of many alternative physicians here in southern California. The work

is called " live cell blood analysis " . He would take a drop of your

blood, place it on a microscope slide and tell you exactly what's

going on in your body by examining your blood. He would then give you

ideas on how to use food and supplements to improve the heath

deteriorations revealed by your blood sample. He was very good at what

he did. Apparently, his skill and reputation had spread too far and

too wide and it appears that he's attracted the jackals of the

California Medical Board who have a long and sordid reputation of

using heavily armed thugs with the words " FBI " or " DEA " or " Police "

stenciled across the back of their flak jackets to terrorize and

arrest innocent people. They then set about ruining your life by

arraying a laundry list of bogus and fabricated criminal charges

against you in order to drain you of every penny you own and usually

force you to plea bargain with them in order to avoid a long prison

term (because you don't have the megabucks it takes to mount a serious

defense against the unlimited resources of zealous government

prosecutors). They also force you to sign an agreement to never again

engage in the helpful and humane work that caused you to get arrested

in the first place. I've seen this One Act Play repeated many times

Dear Rick,

 

On the morning of April 8th, I was kidnapped from my home by

seven armed gunmen acting under " color of law'. I was held without

bail for five days; my bail was then set at one million dollars.I

spent eleven days in jail. I have been charged with multiple felonies

including practicing medicine without a license and weapons charges. I

will be arraigned in Van Nuys court 100 on May 19th.

APRIL 29, 2005. Remember this name: RICK SANTEE.

 

For a number of years, Rick has been providing health

information to clients in the Los Angeles area.

 

On April 8, he was arrested at his home in West Hollywood. Ten

felony charges were filed against him. According to his lawyer, the

most serious of those is practicing medicine without a license.

 

Rick states that he was held without bail for 12 days in LA

County jail. That he was held in a very high security area.

 

Then bail was set at a million dollars. Efforts were

successful at reducing bail and Rick is now out of jail, awaiting

arraignment on May 19 in a Van Nuys, California, courtroom.

 

At stake is nothing less than the right of citizens to choose

what health measures to take on their own behalf, as well as the right

of a consultant to provide information to those citizens.

 

THIS IS ALL ABOUT CHOICE.

 

THIS IS ALL ABOUT THE FREEDOM TO CHOOSE.

 

Governor Arnold S is supposed to know about that. This

travesty is taking place in his state, California, where a gigantic

amount of commerce flows in the realm of alternative health.

 

If Rick Santee's case moves forward in the usual manner, it

will send a signal to every person in the state of California that

freedom is NOT a concern and health is NOT a concern.

 

Is California a medical police state? Is that how it wants to

be known?

 

I suspect that government spies were sent into Rick's lectures

on health, and into his office, to act as conduits in building a case

against him.

 

I know Rick personally. I have known him for a dozen years. He

was of great assistance to me in my campaign for a seat in the US

Congress (1994). That campaign highlighted HEALTH FREEDOM as an issue

of great importance.

 

Some people may have thought that these horrendous arrests of

people in the alternative-health field were behind us. That is

obviously not the case.

 

Anyone who reads this article and has media contacts of any

kind---radio, Internet, whatever---is urged to pass along this article.

 

I have more details. This is just an opening salvo.

 

Picture yourself at the mercy of the state. Would you want to

remain out of view and enmeshed in the grinding wheels of the

so-called justice system, or would you want your case to be known and

understood?

 

This must be taken out of the dark and into the light.

 

I want your help.

 

Let us face facts. A medical doctor can, with complete

impunity, prescribe toxic and destructive drugs to patients every day

of his professional life. But let someone enter the scene with

different ideas, with different information, and the robots in their

suits, seeking their power plays, representing their official

agencies, have the ability to make a strike.

 

This must change. This power must be throttled. Crime by the

governmment, for the government, enacted on behalf of the

pharmaceutical bosses, must be wiped from the face of the Earth.
