Codex Solution!

I am forwarding a reply I sent to a dear friend recently regarding Codex. I have

been unable for years to get any action in this direction. This seems the most

likely avenue for success. Any feed back would be welcome.

I've been working on this for years to no avail. Large class action suits are

the way to go using the customer base from several large companies as the class.

( Seasilver claims 2 million users of its products. You see if you can get Bella

to return your call!) This would enable you to have millions of adherents to the

suit. How about each customer donate 5-10 bucks to cover suit expenses?.....It

would be an irresistible tactic and we would win. I can't get companies to

realize that no matter how many govt. hoops they jump through now, their

companies WILL be gone tomorrow!

Unless something changes AND FAST, you better start growing/acquiring

knowledge/making all this stuff yourself.

 

 

These nutrasutical companies need to pick up the ball on this. Without them I am

concerned that this tactic would go nowhere. They have the client base intact

and as such they would bring a TREMENDOUS amount of muscle to bear right out of

the gate. They have the bully pulpit with their clients and a ready avenue for

disseminating the info on codex. For the most part nobody knows this has been

and is coming.

Rather than wait for them to bleed you dry with a thousand paper cuts, you have

to go on the attack. The ONLY hope for survival in an ambush is to attack the

ambush. I would be happy to talk to the Meleluca guy or anybody with horsepower

to get this moving. Like I've said I have spent a few years trying to talk to

any company head to get them to see that unless we do this NOW we are all sunk.

My impression has been that they feel safe so long as the bullies are

" appeased " . They don't seem to understand that the appeasement will be short

lived and that their companies WILL BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS PERIOD!

Fear is the reason they are not acting.

 

Your idea sounds fine. I would rather be ( and work MUCH better) behind the

scenes. However if we can put together a strong coalition that has a chance to

get it done I WILL do whatever is necessary. One of the things you MUST watch

for in the forming of the coalition is that you have NO undercover people who

are working for the other side. As we have already identified SEVERAL, this is a

HUGE concern because this is one of the more favored tactics. This ESPECIALLY

applies to legal council.

 

I wonder if there is a popular periodical specific to nutracutical manufactures.

Most fields of any size have them. If so I wonder if an article submitted to

this/these magazines announcing this call to action would be of any

merit?.......

 

Another sticky wicket is that the suits would have to be filed against federal

agencies and appendages. Our ol gubiment has seen fit to immunize themselves

from lawsuits unless they agree to be sued....... Sooo top flight lawyer type

fellers are going to have to be employed. Another problem is that codex is one

of a GREAT MANY topics health and health-care wise that the gubiment CAN " T let

get away from them....

However I will leave that for another conversation.
