Katrina Helps Massive Settlement Plans Come to Fruition

What would you think if I told you that the devastation of Katrina is

going exactly as planned by those who created this disaster? Would

you think I was one of those crazy " conspiratory " theorists? Before

you read on, or stop reading, you need to ask yourself one thing. Can

it still be called a conspiracy if it?s proven to be true? Do you

want to be the last person who gets it, the last one who finds out

too late? You do not have to be in the dark any longer. The truth is

out there for those brave enough and willing to see it. Until the

masses see these truths none of these unfathomable actions by our

government will stop. When you see the truth you will comprehend just

how insane our own government is. But do not underestimate them

because they are crazy like a fox and they know exactly what they are

doing, (or in the case of the victims of Katrina), they know exactly

what they are NOT doing for them and why. You need to know why too

and that is why I have painstakingly amassed all this information for

the general public.

 

Some are catching on. Unfortunately those who are catching on are the

victims who have already lost everything and witnessed firsthand how

their own government would attack them and then do all they could to

prevent survivors from living through that attack. We will only get

glimpses of the truths that the victims are trying to tell the

public. Truths like the hundreds of survivors they saw AFTER the

hurricane. Truths like the DAYS they waited for help and how it did

NOT come. Truths like how their own local law turned on them and how

they were faced with fending off hardened criminals who were

unleashed upon them. Truths like the elderly and sick they saw die by

the hundreds due to the abandonment of their own government.

 

Those truths have surfaced. But the question remains, " Who was

listening and what were they listening to? " You have to listen

carefully because you will only get a glimpse when the survivors try

to tell you what really happened to them and then their story will be

gone. That glimpse of truth will quickly be squashed and covered by

many in the paid-off mainstream media. They will white wash it all

with the silencing label of the week called " The Blame Game. " The

patriotic music will drown out the victim?s cries for justice and a

majority of American?s will be left no wiser to the truth behind the

government-fronted media created fiction.

 

The pseudo relief organizations like FEMA, The Red Double Cross, and

corrupt government heads in our own country and in the United

Nations, will continue to pat themselves on the back while Rome (New

Orleans) burns. When we learn this was planned way before the attacks

of 9/11, and long before the invasion of Iraq, Afghanistan, and even

during the Vietnam War we will shake our heads in disgust. Further,

when we see our government has had the ability to create and control

the weather since the 40?s many will be stunned.

Why would our own government want to control the weather? The answer

is simple and horrific at the same time. For world dominance. Don?t

believe me? Look into the truth of Weather Modification. In 1976 the

United Nations drafted a treaty that was signed in agreement by the

We need to ask ourselves why would they enact such a treaty if

weather warfare capabilities did not exist? Senator Pell (at the time

of this UN treaty introduction on weather warfare) went public in an

editorial called, " " United States and Other World Powers Should

Outlaw Tampering With Weather for Use as War Weapon " , printed in The

Providence Journal Bulletin, 1975. Senator Claiborne Pell alerted

public to the facts that the U.S. government used weather

modification to fight against our enemies in the Vietnam War. He saw

the huge threat of one country having weather controlling abilities

over another. If one government can create hurricanes, earthquakes,

droughts, and destroy entire ecosystems, then they can literally

destroy an entire country. Unwittingly this was prophesized in 2002

information taken from the book called, " The Grand Chessboard "

written by Zbigniew Brzezinski, former U.S. National Security

UN, " published on August 9, 2000 by Phyllis SchlaFly, she writes

(sic) " The heading Sustainable Development is designed to facilitate

total U.N. control of the environment. In addition to bootstrapping

power to the globalists under the Biodiversity Treaty and the Kyoto

(Global Warming) Protocol, the plan is to use the U.N. Trusteeship

What has happened since then? How can I so easily say they are right

on target with plans made years ago to destroy us and herd the ones

who survive onto small tracts of land? Because it is happening. They

Then they cram thousands into makeshift containment camps via the

superdome later noted as the hellhole. Only they do not offer any

more help once they force them to stay there. No food, no water, and

For those who lived through the second assault on their life they

faced the real containment camps awaiting them in Houston, Utah,

Dallas, and San Antonio. Survivors got on buses with no air

conditioning, and no supplies to make the trek, only to not know

where they were even going. For those who were told where they were

going the locations changed like the wind with many survivors

reporting they were told in mid-route they were going some place

entirely different. This forced exodus of survivors segregated

Mothers from newborns, Father?s from wives, and families from beloved

pets they were forced to leave behind.

 

A Few important notes about this PLANNED disaster to remember, and to

print, before they are gone from the public view again:

 

A.) The population Density is more Than Double the National Rate in

Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida Coastal Counties, and Along

the Gulf of Mexico. If they want to hit population control agendas

they will not hit lower populated areas will they? If they want to

reduce what they deem as the commoners (minorities) they will not hit

B.) New Orleans lies below sea level, separated from the Mississippi

by huge levees. We already know they did all they could to severely

cut funding for the levees. Why? When a tragic event is planned they

will leave no stone unturned. Just in case the government created

hurricane did not kill thousands, and wipe out pristine tracts of

real estate that they want control of, what better way to ensure the

most destruction/death? Will we know how much worse the flooding was

due to the levee breaches? Probably not in this decade unless they

continue to go with the lies that say ?funding " was the issue.

Funding was the preplanned excuse to hide the master planned

destruction. Of course they would rather the public think it was lack

of funding for levees verses government made weather disasters that

caused the tragedy in the first place right? We already saw they

purposefully pulled helicopters carrying sandbags away from the

levees early on stating they were going to help refugees. But

refugees state the help did NOT come, they got as policed state

instead and faced military guns instead of relief workers.

 

This just in: Reports surfaced about further man-made harm to the

already damaged levees. Again more proof they wanted as much flooding

as possible. " Part of the reason our house flooded is they dynamited

part of the levee after the first section broke - they did this to

prevent Uptown (the rich part of town) from being flooded. Apparently

they used too much dynamite, thus flooding part of the Bywater. So

now I know who is responsible for flooding my house - not Katrina,

C.) New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin said the hurricane could affect oil

prices nationwide. " We probably handle about 25% of the nation's

domestic oil production, " he told CNN. Statements just like this

helped the oil industry to run with an unwarranted, and purposefully

provoked gas price hike.

This rendered more money for Bush?s oil buddies to rake it in on

Lord knows we need Joe Vialls today to expose the truth of yet

another government created weather disaster. I know my words will

never render the justice on this tragedy like his could have. But I

will give it all I can to help people see how this tangled web shows

how this preplanned disaster came to fruition.

 

The Oil Connection:

 

We have thousands of " capped " oil wells in the US. Not empty but

CAPPED. Taxes and environmental restrictions forced many out of

operation with oil in the U.S. After so many years, these owners of

untapped, but capped wells sold them for pennies on the dollar to

those already in control of the largest sources of oil who will

eagerly OPEN them all when the " price " is right. I was just

discussing this very issue with my brother about how all these un-

used wells in the US could sustain us for oil for YEARS and YEARS

sans any help from foreign oil companies. Hear it from the horses

mouth how we are capping these wells as soon as they are drilled here

in the U.S. and what is worse hear how he states (without any

hesitation) that these wells they have made the public believe were

destroyed, due to Katrina, are VERY much in operation as they were

D.) Pre-storm death-toll estimates from the Red Cross ranged from

25,000 to 100,000 for New Orleans alone. Engineers tasked by the City

with estimating worst case scenarios estimated a death toll of

40,000. FEMA estimates were 50,000 deaths for New Orleans alone. That

does not include those who will die because they will be left with no

FOOD or WATER for 5 plus days. In several pre-hurricane TV specials,

the New Orleans TV stations interviewed the coroner's office. They

said that they expected that as many as 50,000 may die if 100,000 had

to stay. Just ordering an evacuation means nothing if people do not

have the funds or the means to evacuate. Are all these groups

psychic? Hardly, when they knew they would NOT help, and they knew

the statistics of the poor in Louisiana and Mississippi who had no

way to leave, they could predict such dire figures couldn?t they?

Why is it important to go back and look at estimates and prior

government drills for catastrophic events that have yet to take

place? Because 9/11 taught us that these drills, and so-called

experiments, often precede the real pre-planned event. Did any of you

know that Last year, FEMA spent $250,000 to conduct an eight-day

hurricane drill for a mock killer storm hitting New Orleans. Did you

many scenarios are now playing out, including a helicopter evacuation

E.) Day Three after Katrina. As if right on cue, they stopped search

and rescue efforts. Citing that the NEED to stop looters of

replaceable PROPERTY was more important then human LIFE and allegedly

noting they were fired upon as a reason to stop helping the

Although it is noted they released hardened criminals to the streets

not one media report to date can show ONE civilian walking in the

street with a GUN much less a so-called whole GANG of alleged thugs.

Let me ask you something?. When you are holding onto a tree, an attic

rafter, or huddled in your tub, fighting raging water, trying not to

drown, will you risk your life further to make sure you have a gun

with you for the aftermath of such a storm? Think about that. This

story is no doubt planted to give them the excuse to do what they

intended to do- in the first place. LEAVE people who survived this

Remember THIS one fact forever when you think about Katrina. They had

NO evacuation plan for the hard core criminals in their jails. What

did they do? They released these criminals into the already ravaged

streets, onto the already ravaged victims. Remember the early reports

from CNN and Fox News about this? Why did 1/3 of the New Orleans

police quit? They couldn?t stomach the thought of unleashing hardcore

criminals onto innocent civilians that they were hired to SERVE and

PROTECT. They refused to become militarized and turn on citizens when

they were told they were going to have to put New Orleans under

Martial LAW. They remembered what the law officers? role was while

their own government officials tried to force them to forget. All of

these officers you see still " serving " are the true traitors to what

their job represented.

 

Look at what they are saying NOW about the prisoners and criminals in

jails of Katrina hit areas. How are they covering and burying those

initial reports of hardened criminals being released into the public?

Take it from the next generation of government psy-op groups (CERT

teams) that they have already set up all over the US. Remember the

reports on CERT teams and what they are really for? They are creating

huge groups of military trained civilian thugs to take over in each

US city when, and if, they declare Martial law ,and local law

officers refuse to do as New Orleans local law refused to do?.they

F.) I am getting reports (This was Sept 5th) that the airports in

Louisiana are being used to ship out dead bodies instead of helping

refugees. This would correlate with all past disasters of our

country. Original death tolls of the Vietnam War were miniscule

compared to the real death tolls delivered years later. Originally

reported at 18,000 deaths from Vietnam. Years later they admit it was

55,000 deaths. To this day we STILL do not know how many deaths are

from that war. The same is true for 9/11. Initial reports were that

we were looking at least 55,000 to 60,000 deaths. Little known to the

public (until much, MUCH, later) that only a third of the employees

of the Twin towers went to work THAT day. The ending total to that

government engineered crisis came to less then 6000 deaths. But take

serious note they allowed that 55,000 to 60,000 figure to stay on

public airways for DAYS and WEEKS to make American?s jump into an

unprovoked war against Iraqi people who were NOT connected to that

attack. The verdict is still out on the Asian Tsunami death tolls.

Notice how that coverage went dead cold?

 

Reports surfaced in Asia too of bodies being discreetly removed,

without being added into the tally and without public notification.

Other reports from civilians in New Orleans is the sighting of

several large " unmarked " refrigerated trucks that are going through

the highways and gathering dead bodies. This does not take into

account all of the orphans thrusted into the slave trade.

 

Iraq is on that same mission of hiding the real body count as we

speak. Cannot think of any combat zone in which we have lost more

field reporters and cameramen then this one. Do we think that with

the unbelievable advancements in technology, whereas they can see a

microscopic mite on the butt of a mouse with high powered night

vision equipment, that our military can " mistake " the men, and women

of the media, time after, TIME, and still call their assassinations a

G.) Do not forget that Louisiana was the keeper and controller of one

of the largest shipping ports in the US. What better way to have

direct access for black market trade control then to have the

This will no doubt continue to benefit Bush buddies in the oil

industry as well as his buddies in Halliburton and Monsanto?s food

controlling organization of vending tainted grains. Take note in this

which normally prevents non-US flagged vessels from transporting

passengers or cargo between US ports. "

This issue is vital for people to get. They are already conducting

investigations into MILLIONS of dollars squandered by Halliburton for

price gouging. We are already seeing reports of VOLUNTEERS who have

gone on their own time and money, with their own equipment to help

clean up and they too have been BLOCKED from helping. No doubt

Halliburton stands to loose millions of volunteers prove it does not

take MONTHS or billions to clean this up. The longer they can keep

the survivors away from their homeland the better chances they have

of stealing their pristine tracts of land. They know that once the

survivors get their kids in schools and find some semblance of a home

again they will be far more reluctant to move back to their home

states.

 

What did Bush do next?

 

Bush Suspends Posse Comitatus, Active Military Pour into New Orleans

 

President Bush announced that the Defense Department will assist in

rescue efforts of Hurricane Katrina afflicted areas, especially New

Orleans. Reports indicate that dozens of military helicopters are now

evacuating the New Orleans Convention center at a rapid pace. The

posse comititus law prevents the U.S. active military from

participating in American law enforcement, but President Bush has

The shipping industry has been forced almost to a standstill on the

lower Mississippi River following Hurricane Katrina, blocking one of

the US's main arteries for the transportation of bulk commodities

H.) Are we living through the reality of horrible pre-planned events?

Read this excerpt from The National Geographic Magazine printed in

October of 2004 and see how it could have been written today.

Thousands drowned in the murky brew that was soon contaminated by

sewage and industrial waste. Thousands more who survived the flood

later perished from dehydration and disease as they waited to be

rescued. It took two months to pump the city dry, and by then the Big

Easy was buried under a blanket of putrid sediment, a million people

were homeless, and 50,000 were dead. It was the worst natural

disaster in the history of the United States. When did this calamity

happen? It hasn't?yet. But the doomsday scenario is not far-fetched.

 

The Federal Emergency Management Agency lists a hurricane strike on

New Orleans as one of the most dire threats to the nation, up there

with a large earthquake in California or a terrorist attack on New

York City. Even the Red Cross no longer opens hurricane shelters in

the city, claiming the risk to its workers is too great. National

Was the Red Cross really blocked from Katrina victims or did they

know they would have to play this sick game of withholding aid to

help the preplanned blame game lie? Follow the money to get your

answer. Which organization has received more public funds since

Katrina hit? The Red Cross. Look at the paragraph above and read it

again if you are not sure about this serious issue. They hypothesized

in October of 2004 that the Red Cross would not open relief shelters

due to risk. What risks? What " risks " did the media report non-stop?

They hammered home the unsubstantiated allegation that Pseudo snipers

were in the city and still not one photograph of a civilian thug with

a gun was revealed.

We saw plenty of civilians using large sticks to try and get into

stores, but not one with a gun. There?s quite a difference between

the danger of a stick verses a gun isn?t there? Then we get this

headline below, from the media, to give The Red Cross the excuse they

is controlled by the National Guard and local authorities and while

we are in constant contact with them, we simply cannot enter New

Orleans against their orders.

How many died in after that Tsunami for the SAME reasons the

government is giving NOW for all the needless deaths after hurricane

Katrina? In this article from CNN they site these reasons, for what

went " wrong " in relief efforts for that Tsunami (sic) " Obstacles -

included a lack of coordination, fuel shortages, rough weather,

airport logjams and impassable roads -- have prevented the

distribution of aid to some of the most devastated areas in the 11

Asian and African nations affected by a magnitude 9 earthquake and

resulting tsunamis. "

 

Is this de?ju?vu " or WHAT? Further, just WHAT will it take to wake up

American?s before their own Government destroys a majority of them?

We have had the technology for creating and controlling the weather

for decades. These are the REAL weapon of mass destruction in the

world. They will not be found in Iraq. They are found here in the US

under the names of HAARP and GWEN. We can only begin to stop the

destruction if we get to the root cause.

 

When they go to the extreme of signing a treaty to prevent countries

from using weather warfare against each OTHER, there is no doubt that

they had the technology to control the weather. But it is important

to focus on what is missing from that treaty verses what they

addressed. No where in that treaty did they insert the clause that

these same weather-controlling countries cannot use manmade created

weather disasters against their OWN citizens.

 

Look at the advancement in technology in just the last ten years.

With more, and more cell phone towers being erected across the world.

Not unlike dangerous microwaves that were banned in Russia in 1976

that can be found in almost all American homes, few households are

now free from owning at least one cell phone. Switch the focus of our

abilities to advance at such a rapid rate in only ten years and ask

yourself this. If they drafted, and signed a treaty, because using

weather warfare was such a threat in 1976, then just what on earth do

we think these weather controlling capabilities are now in 2005? Look

at Hurricane Andrew, the Asian Tsunami, and now the fierce Katrina of

LA to get your answers. Then see what your own government continues

to write in their LAWS and you will see just HOW they not only plan

to control the weather more but how they are now enacting laws to

protect THEM from US citizens who are harmed by those

government " experiments. "

specifically to deal with the subject of biological and chemical

testing on civilian populations USCS 50 1520a enacted on May 3, 2002

modification testing among those nations currently conducting such

When you see how they could have STOPPED any of these so-called

natural disasters using this SAME technology your heart will hurt.

When you see how they did NOT stop them when they could have, but

they used that same technology that we PAID for, against our own

citizens, to CREATE them you should be downright furious! The same

goes for so-called droughts that have devastated crops of independent

The final end of this is heartbreaking. Millions of toxic vaccines

The survivors are already wearing ID bands. But why? What happens

when you are out of state and you loose your ID? Local offices can

pull your data up from records and issue you a new ID. But somehow

they want us to think this is impossible now. The same goes for

someone out of state who is stopped for a crime and has no ID. They

pull the records and can see the photo from their driver?s license.

Again, they want to herd the survivors like cattle. Abuse and demean

them to the point that they would willingly enter their pre-planned

concentration camps. Not to better them, not to help them, but to

enslave them.

 

The government and the media is using German concentration words

like, " Processing them " when referring to giving survivors so-called

aid. Never in America did I dream I would witness the coming of total

government control subjugating civil and constitutional rights.

 

The Policed State is active in Louisiana with more survivors being

ripped from their homes via declared Martial Law. Next comes the full-

blown government database to which they want a file on each and every

one of us with samples of our DNA. How do they get the masses to

willingly line up? They tell them that all of a sudden they cannot

identify the dead and they have to have DNA swabs of the families of

the missing to identify the bodies.

 

Meanwhile a full account of one concentration camp in the waiting is

already online. This one is located in Oklahoma. Out in the middle of

no where FEMA has leased a massive church campground. It is filled

with cabins owned by various churches of various faiths. The woman

who took pictures of these campgrounds that she and her family has

frequented throughout the years, documents her struggles to get

passed the Oklahoma State Patrol stationed at the main gate and she

relates how the supplies she brought for the survivors are pushed

aside by a FEMA rep in her churches cabin. She was told point blank

that the survivors would not be allowed to leave. They (her church

using the church bus) would not be allowed to come get them on

weekends to bus them to their churches. Translation they were going

to be denied their access to religion. The churches who own the

buildings were not allowed to come cook for them on weekends nor

would the survivors be allowed to use any of the fully functioning

churches in each cabin. They have a command post set up that is fully

manned awaiting the survivors (prisioners).

 

The lease is set for 5 months. What happens at the end of five

months?

 

As noted already no one can leave this camp. They cannot have

visitors either. The FEMA rep consistently used the word ?riot " each

time they told this woman her church could not come back and help in

any way. Why would survivors start riots? Prisoners riot don?t they?

How can they start over with no job, no school, no access to a town,

and how can they stay strong when their access to the faith of their

choice is shoved out the door? Indeed, we are seeing the beginning of

one government experiment (that we already know of) that they will

use to ready themselves for the mass evacuations they plan for all

the other pristine tracts of lands across the US that they will use

the weather to have to steal from the masses. I just got

Supplies THROWN at refugees over a bridge. Any attempt to approach

the police or National Guard resulted in weapons being aimed at them

 

10,000 people are packed into and around and outside the convention

center still waiting for the buses. They had no food, no water, and

no medicine for the last three days, until today, when the National

Guard drove over the bridge above them, and tossed out supplies over

the side crashing down to the ground below. Much of the supplies were

destroyed from the drop. Many people tried to catch the supplies to

protect them before they hit the ground. Some offered to walk all the

way around up the bridge and bring the supplies down, but any attempt

to approach the police or National Guard resulted in weapons being

aimed at them.

In the refugee camp I just left, on the I-10 freeway near Causeway,

thousands of people (at least 90% black and poor) stood and squatted

in mud and trash behind metal barricades, under an unforgiving sun,

with heavily armed soldiers standing guard over them.

 

I was told that if you boarded a bus bound for Arkansas (for

example), even people with family and a place to stay in Baton Rouge

would not be allowed to get out of the bus as it passed through Baton

Rouge. You had no choice but to go to the shelter in Arkansas. If you

had people willing to come to New Orleans to pick you up, they could

not come within 17 miles of the camp.

WASHINGTON - President Bush said Saturday he will send 7,000

additional active duty forces to the Gulf Coast region. The Posse

Comitatus Act (Section 1385 of Title 18 of the United States Code)

states: " Whoever, except in cases and under circumstances expressly

authorized by the Constitution or Act of Congress, willfully uses any

part of the Army or the Air Force as a posse comitatus or otherwise

to execute the laws shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not

more than two years, or both. "

 

The Act is an intimidating, irritating and insidious anachonism that

has endangered America's security instead of enhancing it, even

though no one ever was prosecuted under it.

 

Like the " wall " between intelligence and law enforcement that finally

came down AFTER the Twin Towers were destroyed and The Patriot Act

became law, because very persuasive liberals apparently had feared

America's government and military more than America's enemies,

foreign and domestic, and their egregious error had become obvious,

its effect extended beyond its express terms.
