Guest guest
Hi everyone I am Kashif. A few weeks back a friend of mine had a bad fall which damaged her knee ligament. She is on rest for about 6 weeks but the pain is still there. Sometimes it starts to ease a little but any little activity makes all the progress vanish completely. She is taking pain killers every day. Many Orthopedic surgeons have been consulted but they just advice to wait and see and if it does not heal itself they have to perform surgery. Is there any alternative remedy which can help, both in pain management and in speedier recovery.I will be grateful if anyone can help. Blessings & Light Kashif

It can be bought at an herb shop or on the Internet. It is a Chinese remedy. The other herb for this is called Chuchuasi and is a rain forest herb. I get mine from Rainforest herbs on the Internet. It gets rid of the lactic acid that causes swelling and pain in the knees or any joint that is inflamed. I would not like the Doctors to hear of these herbs or it will soon be on the list of herbs to be against the law. Anything that is helpful in the way of herbs is in danger of being on that list. I depend on both to keep my knees from pain and swelling. My problem is just from old age. I am 70 years old and do not take any meds. So far I am fine.
