Guest guest
Hi, I am new to this forum. I am just beginning to use many alternative therapies, etc. I have a son with learning disablilities. We have been doing biofeedback. Our NP recommended Dr. Louie Yu Formulation Lightning Storm. Has anyone used this product? Thanks, Suma
Guest guest
Hello No I haven't heard of this product, though I am sure good nutrition will play a key role in healthy brain functioning! There are some therapies that help people to become better learners. NLP (neuro linguistic programming) EFT (emotional freedom techniques) and Brain Gym I would definitely look into all of these and if possible find yourself a good practitioner. BrainGym is specifically for people who want to improve their mental functioning. If you need any more information please let me know; Here are some links! Hope this helps. http://www.braingym.org/ www.emofree.com http://www.anlp.org/search.asp? speciality= & country= & searchstring= & paging=
Guest guest
I have not heard of that therapy, but do use Quantum Biofeedback on my clients and children with excellent results. Quantum biofeedback is different from classic biofeedback. Jenny Kernan Quantum Biofeedback Therapist www.quantumassociatesofutah.com --- sumawx3 <sumakw wrote: > Hi, > I am new to this forum. My advice is to use a cranial osteopath, who will look at your son holistically; but please come back to me if you need to. Kind regards, Don Moody. nasalbone. Guest guest
Thank you for your responses. For Quantum biofeedback, are you using the EPFX/SCIO? And, can you help me understand why this should work. We have not seen changes yet, but have been told that with my son's many challenges, it could be quite some time before we notice the healing and changes in him. Do you agree? Thank You! Guest guest
Yes I am using the EPFX/SCIO. I highly recommend it to anyone with the issues you have mentioned. You should see some subtle changes right away. It can take several sessions to make obvious permanent changes. If you or whomever is doing the therapies below and you are doing the other suggestions below you should see more obvious changes. Every client is different with different needs, underlying issues etc. Are you balancing the body? 1. Short Sarcodes>Opening elimination systems? 2. EEG>Balanced the vagus/sympathetic and parasympathetic nerves? 3. EEG>Brain waves balance? 4. Brain scan and balance? 5. Body Viewer> ADD>ADHDm Autism and Learning disabilties programs? 6. Biofeedback for above programs? 7. Timed Therapies and Super Learning programs? 8. Disease Dictionary> Learning Disabilties or ADD/ADHD? 9.Detox in homeotoxicology? Heavy metals, vaccines, environment, pathogens... 10. Zapping for ADD/ADHD and learning disabilities in search function? 11. Spinal and sarcodes>NEC>Cranial-Sacral balance>Timed therapies for ADD/ADHD or other issues? There are so many more of the available programs that can be used for benefit. Other things to look at: Parasite and fungus cleanse? Added Essential Fatty Acids? Changed diet to fresh and raw veggies? Stopped processed and artificial sweetners? Is he drinking more water? Getting enough sleep? Minerals, amino acids, enzymes etc? Homeopathic remedies to help such as Rescue Remedy?Sekebal? Another suggestion I recommend is EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) to help with stressors while having to stay on task or do work that is stressing. Quantum Biofeedback is not a magic pill. There are things that a client must also do to gain permanent improvement and change. I can balance and work with a client until the cows come home, but if the homework: ie.e lifestyle and diet changes are not happening at home...my work is not going to become permanent and your wasting our time and your money.
