I have been on my Apple Cider Vinegar Program for three years next May. I take two teaspoons of Apple Cider Vinegar In a coffee cup of hot water and Honey to taste three times a day. You could also try it in different fruit juices. I like it in Grape Juice and I could barely taste the Vinegar. Be sure and get the Apple Cider Vinegar from the health store. I use Bragg. The vinegar from the grocery like Heinze is worthless because of the way it is processed. Also you can research by google Benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar. There are several web sites that have a lot of information. Do you remember Jack LaLane the exercise man. He is over 90 years old and started the Bragg Health program when he was 15 years old.
