Detox (I'm New at this)

I've been reading quite a bit on detoxing my body.

I'm 31, I've had 6 kids, 4 failed pregnancies and I'm sitting at 200

lbs and 5ft 5inches. I execise regularly, I'm very active, I'm Happy

too!

I cannot get my weight below 195. I've tried dieting, I've tried upping

the exercise ratio, I've tried portion control, I've gone to nutrition

specialists, I've had sleep studies done, I've had my thyroid checked.

I want to lose 25 lbs and I want to be a great example of healthy

living for my 6 kiddies.

So What exactly IS Detoxing?

Is it a Tea?

How does it work?

How long does the process take?

Any tried and true (easy) formulas?

I appreciate all you guys are out here accomplishing and I want to move

closer to a healthy Lifestyle!
