Exploring Radical Forgiveness

with Ana Holub

at The Caritas Spiritist Center

Thursday, October 4th

7:00 – 9:00 pm $10.00

Radical Forgiveness is a powerful, practical way of healing your painful

memories in a spiritually based, step-by-step format. It brings new,

compassionate understanding to past events and teaches you the meaning

of your soul's lessons – including the worst things that have

ever occurred in your life. Make peace with yourself and others and

raise your ability to receive mercy, love and blessings. Radical

Forgiveness is a truly revolutionary way of experiencing life, which

ends traumatic psychological patterns, brings inner peace, and supports

your ability to be a peacemaker in the world.

This workshop will cover:

· What is Radical Forgiveness?

· How is it different from Traditional Forgiveness?

· Writing exercise (please bring pen and paper)

· The connection between events, emotions & soul purpose

· Releasing painful emotions safely & replacing them with grace

· Meditational sound, movement & prayer

· Helpful tools to bring home with you

This workshop is offered by Ana Holub, MA. Based in Mount Shasta,

California, Ana is a certified Radical Forgiveness counselor and a

specialist in the field of forgiveness and its use in healing. Ana is

also a peace educator, writer and breathwork guide. Her books include

The Edges Are Friendly and the upcoming The Yoga of Emotion. Her passion

is to share effective peace-making tools with sincere people around the

globe. Find out more at www.anaholub.com <http://www.anaholub.com/> .

I have a request. When you have an event you would like to announce, would

you mind including the city and state in either the subject line or at the

top of the post? It would sure be helpful for those of us strung across the

globe.

Thank you,

Toni
