Guest guest
Carbs are a necessity in our diet. They feed the brain. Foggy brain, memory loss etc can all be attributed to deficiency in carbs. Low glycemic carbs are better for the body and don't force the adrenals to work overtime. Unlike high glycemic carbs that are absorbed immediately, causing a surge in insulin production, followed by the crash to low blood sugar, requiring more carbs, and creating a vicious cycle that eventually creates adrenal exhaustion. If you balance your intake to 40% of diet is low glycemic carbs, 30% good fats and 30% lean proteins, it won't matter if you're eating more carbs than the next person. It is balanced to your intake.
