Advise on PCOS

Hi everyone,

 

I've been diagnosed with PCOS (PolyCystic Overy Syndrome) about a year

ago after suffering very heavy bleeding for years. I'm on the pill but

I was wondering if there's anything else I can do? I am trying to

follow a low-GI diet as I understand that can help? I've also got MS

so am on some medication for that, but I take the mimimum I have to and

also use aromatherapy oisl to help me, and some chinese medicine ( my

boyfriend is chinese).

Dear Laura ,

 

I am an Ayurvedic ( Indian Medicinal System ) professional. My wife

was diagnosed with Overian Cyast ( 67X46X38 mm ) in one of the

overies in 1988 . Doctors advised that operation is the only

treatment. I started an ayurvedic medicines named " KACHNAR

GUGGULE " 2 tablets two times a day with plain water. After 2

months , an ultrasoud revealed that " the CYST reported earlier

found disappeared "
