Re: Back pain - Additional Information

Here are some more ideas for healing your back.

Try a D.O. instead of a D.C. for a different kind of adjustment.

Some people get relief from pain with a T.E.N.S. machine in addition

to or instead of medication.

Biofeedback helps some/SCIO/CD's from Dr. Bate are like neuro-

biofeedback at drbate.com .

Vibe machine treatments. Check at vibemachine.com to see who has one

near you that you can use. Or try a Rife frequency generator. Programs

and frequencies for the back are generally built into the machines.

Sharry Edwards makes low frequency tapes that help and

Nicole LeVoi has tapes or CD's. These unusual low frequency sounds

are helpful and healing.

Two movement therapies that have been done:

Alexander Technique

Feldenkrais therapy

Both are good for back injury and pain mgt.

My favorite would be with masters in martial arts or

a Chi Kung master. I would get them to do some energy work on me.

I have seen some of them at work and I studied healing with several

of them. They are extraordinary when it is done right by a real master

from China, Japan or elsewhere.

I've been seeing a chiropractor for over 15 years and just recently found much

better results with a DC who specializes in Atlas Orthogonal technique. This

wonderful technique has been a life saver. Literally. When I was in a car

accident Sep 2 this year, this technique was what kept me upright. I know there

aren't many DC's who specialize in this technique, but if you can find one, it's

worth it. Here's a blurb from my DC about the technique:
