Guest guest
Ok I've been having upper back pain and last night through to the front. Without being too alarming, any feedback? I'm going to the doctor today but obviously they won't look at the 'alternatives' and I won't take their meds so... E

Guest guest
One thing you could check on is gall bladder problems - it can refer pain up to your right shoulder blade and back. You might check out the symptoms for that, and see if it fits. If so, try green juices, beets to thin out the bile and flaxseed tea to soothe - boil a tablespoon of flaxseed in 2 1/2 cups of filtered water. Boil for 5 minutes, then cover and steep for 10. Strain out the seeds, and sip a bit here and there. Hope you feel better soon, Cindy Cindy Kirchhoff http://livinginrhyme.com , " meralearning " <normanarauz wrote: > > Ok I've been having upper back pain and last night through to the > front. Guest guest
Thank you both!! Well, I had a normal EKG (man, they are really cautious about chest pain!) and normal bloodwork (electrolytes and such). I'll stay active and see if I can stretch it away!!
