i know this might not be on topic but perhaps some one in the groupe

might be able to help iam trying to refinace my home pleanty of equity

but low creadit score and know one to cosign with 700 or better score

ive tried to sell it but no takers i restore classic cars but cant

show any income beacuse of a stroke a few years ago am doing fine just

a little numbness in left fingers if i show income uncle sam takes my

health insc my mortage is 5.000 a month for a 315.000 mortage and its

killing me meantly and phiscaly if i give it to the mortage people and

walk i loose every thing ive ever worked for and 250.000 that i but

down 16 months ago it was supposed to be my dream home and stay here

but its turning into a night mere please any help or suggestions
