Guest guest
I saw an ad on tv for Kinoki detoxing foot pads. The ingredients are bamboo vinegar, tourmaline, chitin and detox herbs. You're supposed to put these pads on the bottom of your feet before bed, and they will be dark colored in the morning and get lighter as your system is cleansed. Any opinions on the value of these pads, do you think they're worth buying? http://www.buykinoki.com/ Thanks, Jean

Ask her yourself: Jan Jenson, vizual I believe she found a supplier that was cheaper than Kinoki. This was PART of her detox program, not all. As a Reflexologist I can assure you that healing through the feet can be powerful. I played with them for a bit. The pads did indeed get black, but I can't say I felt any different. But you must realize that even if this takes a load off the liver and lungs, always a good idea, it leaves solid layers of gunk in the colon. I would use this as part of the detox, but don't forget the fiber! Guest guest
Having used them myself and seen first hand the 'gunk' that came on the pads by morning, I can say for sure 'something' was happening. I did not see any health improvements and would agree that a good colon cleanse is definitely the first step to any detox program.
