Do you feel like something is shifting inside of you, but you're not

sure how to bring it forward? Are you committed to living your truth,

but just need some help in bringing it forth?

 

 

 

Join us in this special evening where you will gain greater access to

your inner knowing, explore your creativity in a supportive community of

women, and grow your connection to your own truth. Through guided

imagery, visual art, movement, and transformational writing exercises,

you will deepen your connection to your soul's knowing, gain insight

into your deeper questions, and receive support in bringing what is

hidden out into the world. You will walk away empowered by your own

soul's brilliance.

This free workshop is an introduction to the 8-Week Workshop: The

Soul's Journey: Finding Your Place in the World, a transformational

journey for women which utilizes dreamwork, nature-based inspiration,

movement, writing exercises, visual art, and self-guided ceremony to

help women live from their inner knowing.

Sweigh Emily Spilkin, MFA, CHT operatesTransformational Arts and

Healing, through which she offers body-centered psychotherapy, energy

healing, and transformational workshops. Sweigh's background

includes certification in Hakomi psychotherapy and Chi Kung energy

healing, and studies in wilderness-based education. She holds an MFA in

Poetry from Naropa University, where she also teaches through Extended

Studies. Her teaching is heart-centered, depth-oriented, and inviting.

Sweigh believes that full self expression is everyone's birthright.

Katie Asmus, MA, LPC, BMP combines her experience and passion for deep

listening, creativity, radical self-love, and adventurous

self-exploration in all of her work. She is fascinated by the innate

wisdom and potential that every being and body holds. Katie manifests

her passions as a body-centered psychotherapist, Assistant Director of

the M.A. Wilderness Therapy program at Naropa, faculty at Prescott

College, and as a wilderness leader for Outward Bound and The Women's
