Guest guest
I have a friend who survived breast cancer. She squeezes the juice of a lemon into her drinking water at lunch every day and drinks it. Does making the body system acid like this help deter cancer in some way??? It is an excellent part of making the body more resistant to cancer. Congrats on your friend for being a survivor! Guest guest
Actually, lemon creates an alkaline environment. Cancer thrives in acidity. Guest guest
It has been posted in many groups, and acknowledged in many books, that the 'acidity' or 'alkalinity' of the body has a tremendous effect on whether cancer can take hold and expand. Your friend is still here - right? , " wymystic " <Jungrav3n wrote: > > I have a friend who survived breast cancer. Guest guest
It may seem confusing or contradictory but drinking a little lemon juice is actually one the best and simplest ways to alkalize the body. It's my understanding that cancer can only develop in an acidic environment so this would be a good thing for her to do. , " wymystic " <Jungrav3n wrote: > > I have a friend who survived breast cancer. Guest guest
Actually, lemon is very alkalizing in your body. So it's the other way around - to deter cancer, you want an alkaline body. Using fresh lemons just doesn't work for my busy lifestyle. Thanks, Jean
Guest guest
Jean, I'm sorry, I don't know the answer to that. Maybe somebody else will know. I'm guessing it probably is, but don't know for sure. I've always used fresh lemon.
