Hi,

Wonder if anyone can enlighten me on this:-

I have been speaking with a friend about stress incontinence, she seems to believe it is a form of fistula and can be dealt with by surgery if only she has medical insurance ! I don't know the mechanics of this condition but I was always under the impression that it is a weakness of the pelvic floor and exercise should allevate it ? but then I imagine it is also a disorder of the bladder ? To me, surgery sounds too drastic and invasive, and I wouldnt wish anybody to go through to have it. What about herbs? are there anything people can take to help with/eliminate this condition ?

Thank you for any information you have on this !

Dear Cal,

I'm not entirely sure but I think it is a weakness in the kidneys affecting the other areas of the pelvic region by leakage. This could cause all sorts of problems. If her kidneys are compromised then the area around it will weaken. If there is more compromised then the kidneys could be the ones being infected. Whatever the cause these things can be handled without invasive procedures.

One way is handling the kidney and then her overall body. Is she interested in doing this? The difference is spending hundreds instead of multiple thousands of dollars. If she is interested she needs to get Doc's lecture. You have to get her to ask for it or else I don't think she'll really use it.

This is supposition simply because you'd have to be very specific with what else is going on. The above problems would cause other symptoms: Tiredness mid day, sharp pains in the abdominal and pelvic areas on and off stuff like that. Is she having regular bowel movements? What kind of medication is she on? What foods are being eaten by her regularly, being very specific. Etc. These things need to be know before any real answer can be given.

Hope this gets you started on helping your friend.

Is your friend menopausal?? Curious,,, Macca has been said to not only help menopause but also stress incontinence. I would also start the female formula and if necessary the menopausal formula..(if needed)... Exercising the muscles is a must.. Tighten and hold, release, repeat... These are a few ideas..
