I am sorry about what has happened to you with the doctors and all... I understand as many of us do about how you get treated. I am so glad you are just doing nothing and you ended up here to educate yourself on how to care for yourself!

 

Do you have any experience with herbs?

Roni...Yes Jamie had a VERY good idea here . So stand by. Was your Cervix

removed ? So glad that you are going to stay out of the hands of the MD's

..Have you requested Doc's tape ? I don't remember...Mary O

Mary, Yes I have Doc's tape and have listened to it a few times. I

have learned a lot from it and this list. I really appreciate you

all. After narrowly escaping a complete hysterectomy, they removed a

portion of my cervix where the bad cells were. It has since healed

with new cells, at least that's what the md's told me. Yet, they

still wanted to go in and do biopsies every six months and pap

smears every three months. I will be anxiously awaiting everyones

input on this thread. I know now that there are much better ways

than the medical route. I only wish I had discovered them before

letting them remove my gall bladder when I was 20.

Roni...Well you know that you need to do the full Body Cleanse , right ?

After the cleanse I think you will feel good and be relieved . Are you on

the Total Nutrition yet ?....Mary O

Hi Jamie,

I'm 33, and most of my experience with herbs has come from this list

over the past 3 months or so. I have made the TN, TT, and lemon egg

and use them daily. I have also switched over to all organic food.

And just last month I started making my own tinctures! :-) I have

been interested in natural health for a long time and

bought " prescription for natural healing " a couple of years ago, but

didn't really know how much could be done through herbs and diet

until coming here. Thanks again.

Congratulations Roni on making your own tinctures... it seems scary at first then you make one and realize just how easy it really is!

 

Sounds like your on the right track..Are you planning a total body cleanse?

 

There are some great books out there and also a lot more bogus books on herbs... some people are out for money and playing it safe..LOL I am so glad your here and learning with us!

 

Keep watching the list on the female program... I am sure it will come together and you can benefit from that as we all can.

I bet your looking forward to doing the cleanse. It's really good that you have done some juice fasting, that is a very nice detox in itself.

 

I will have to think about what books would be good for you.. I have no idea on a particular womans herb book.. I bet people on the list will share with you their favorites as well...

Yes... and yes. Actually, I feel very healthy. I just worry

sometimes that I might not know there was a problem until it was a

severe one. So,I would be interested in any herbs or remedies

specifically for these issues, preventatives would be great. Thank

I would like to mention something here. Just a few post's ago to Dr. Crandall I mentioned that almost everything cannot grow back after being removed. I think that the gallbladder is one of the extremely few that can grow back after being removed.

So please look into this and listen to the tape one more time. Give Doc a call and get some education on what you can do to repair that missing organ.

Mary, Yes I have Doc's tape and have listened to it a few times. I have learned a lot from it and this list. I really appreciate you all. After narrowly escaping a complete hysterectomy, they removed a portion of my cervix where the bad cells were. It has since healed with new cells, at least that's what the md's told me. Yet, they still wanted to go in and do biopsies every six months and pap smears every three months. I will be anxiously awaiting everyones input on this thread.
