Guest guest
Hi Everyone! Well it's the end of Day 2 on the liver/gallbladder portion of the cleanse and here is a update. Myself: Doing good. I feel like the cleanse is going very well and feel better than yesterday. No real complaints. Not overly hungry but have had a few moments I ignored wanting something to eat, LOL But only 2 more days on the juice fast so I will live! Brett: Doing pretty good. Has a lot of tummy aches and very loose bowel. He keeps taking more intestinal cleanse # 2 trying to stay ahead of it. He had a loose bowel problem before the cleanse and now it really acting up but I told him to take enough Int # 2 each dose until he finds relief. I have no idea why he is having loose bowels and tummy aches, he has had some pains come & go in the liver as well... Maybe he has a lot of gallstones and parasites?? What do you all think? He is feeling better though for the most part than before the cleanse. Any input on Brett?? Thanks & God Bless, Jamie
Guest guest
When I did my 5 day (which I turned into a 4 day for a family gathering) liver/gallbladder cleanse, I was going #2 appx 6-7 times a day. Mine were solid but I'm normally so plugged up I couldn't go if my life depended on it. So if I were "normal" I bet I would have had diarhea. Once I was done with the cleanse, I plugged right back up again. Don't know if that helps you any. Candace Everything will turn out well in the end. If things are not well now, then it is not yet the end. - SpareRibOfAz herbal remedies Sunday, April 25, 2004 10:08 PM Herbal Remedies - Liver Cleanse Update Hi Everyone! I can only assume for you that because you did not do the total body cleanse from start to finish this may be why you plugged back up again?? I am so sorry for people with chronic constipation, how rough to live with if you can't get a handle on it. Brett has always had a loose bowel. He was never to a conventional doctor about this so it is undiagnosed but I suspect IBS. When he is stressed it just gets worse! I thought going through the cleanse it would tighten up but he has had a looser bowel on the cleanse, especially since starting the liver part. That is why I was wondering about parasites and gallstones... I guess we shall see how he is once the cleanse is complete. Thanks for the replies on this. Brett was going 10+ times a day but told me this evening that it is a bit better today. I told him he is just full of sh*t LOL... Guest guest
Is he taking IC#1?? If his bowels are moving over 3 times a day he should come down on his IC#1. If this means to not take it then he should stop taking it just as long as he's moving his bowels. Parasites inthe intestines do cause loose stools (the runs). Have fun! Guest guest
Boy!! When I am good and eat right and take my suppliments, I have about 5-7 a day, mostly loose, sometimes with great pressure and lots of liquid. When I am bad, it is between 7 and 12 a day, most of them in the early hours of the morning.
