Guest guest
Hi all, Have another quick question....I'm taking Intestinal Cleanse #1 capsules and forgot to ask when I ordered them....do I just keep taking them until the bottle is gone, or for a certain amount of time or what? Also, I added milk thistle to my TT/TN sludge...is that a good thing or do I wait till I'm done taking the IC caps? Thanks! Cheryl

The intestinal # 1 is usually done as part of the total body cleanse. Did you also at least get any intestinal # 2??? Guest guest
My understanding is you keep upping the # of IC1 you take each day until you're going 2-3 times a day. You keep taking it until you're regular on your own. Candace Everything will turn out well in the end. If things are not well now, then it is not yet the end. - graffitiec herbal remedies Monday, April 26, 2004 5:47 AM Herbal Remedies - Re: IC Question Hi all,Have another quick question....I'm taking Intestinal Cleanse #1 capsules and forgot to ask when I ordered them....do I just keep taking them until the bottle is gone, or for a certain amount of time or what? Guest guest
That's not true. #1 alone is great for giving your body a break. You kill parasites in your intestines and you stop any bleeding and you also strengthen the intestinal muscles so that you can get on the road to free bowel movements without IC#1. 3 times a day is healthy. Warning: IC#1 has been known to turn on healing crisis's because your body finally has a fast and constant way to eliminate toxins and poisons. Always have TT and Ech on hand at the least when taking IC#1. This does not mean you have to take them with it but only that if you get sick you have the remedy at hand. Guest guest
What about those people like myself...who do have several bowel movements per day on a normal ordinary basis... I would love to be able to do something to get the system started...and some of the toxins out...even though I can't do a total cleanse right now. I know IC#1 is skipped with someone like myself even in the total body cleanse...so what could I do as something to help? My ingredients for my TN should be in by the end of the week, so I am told, which I will of course start taking right away. My TT will be done on the 5th...and my cayenne and Echinacea at the same time. Anything else I can use to get started at least on the road to recovery so to speak? I am converting all foods to organic and only drinking the RO water since I have a great RO system in my home. I do have to get rid of the soda and the sugar in my diet. Those are probably the hardest for me, but I am working on it. I don't have soda in the house anymore which has cut it down tremendously. The sweets...well I am just avoiding buying any of it...and shopping in the health food store helps since they don't have the stuff that really tempts me there. Guest guest
Add some lemon to your water.. It helps take away the craving for the soda.... After awhile you crave the lemon water instead of the soda. Guest guest
Thank you Zeb, I really appreciate it. I will wait until I get going on the TN and TT regularly and will then try some IC#2...it will probably take that long to get my wonderful health food store guy to order the stuff I need that he doesn't have and for it to all come in! lol Caroline - zeb herbal remedies Monday, April 26, 2004 9:03 PM Re: Herbal Remedies - Re: IC Question Dear Caroline, IC#2 is where your at. This pulls the "junk" out of the intestines and as you pull they fill right back up with what the body had on "back order" or "layaway". LOL. So IC#2 is where you start. Good on the bowel movements. Your doing great Caroline. Just continue. you will be surprised at the effect sugar has on you once you've been off it for a while, how much you relied on it. Keep up the excellent work and dedication, your setting a great example hon.
