I'm glad you can use this info. I have a similar issue with my stupid older brother. I could almost cry. He's just now starting to feel the bad diets catching up to him, blood in his stools, runny stools etc. He's just a bit overweight but not enough so's he'd really care. I gave him IC#1 to kill off parasites and had him listen to Docs tape (which he did) and he was very interested. But Life was giving him more problems than his immediate bodily functions and he has a new girlfriend younger than I (I'm 28) so he's totally lost in "other" activities. I can't even blame him. I told him to pick some stuff up from my Wife that I had been getting together to get him started and he never came over. Doc told me that people need to decided to heal themselves, that I couldn't do it for him. Can you understand how upset it made me when I realized he was exactly right. I couldn't help my brother without my brother really wanting the help.

Well the next time I saw him I cussed him one side down to the next. I then told him that he needs to come and see me about his problems when he's ready to handle them. I've not brought it up since and nor has he. A**Hol*! Boy I love that guy. Well I just wanted to say, I understand the frustration that comes with helping someone you love almost as much as life especially and mainly when they don't have the guts to decide to do it for themselves.

Anna, Go with her if you can to the doctors whenever you can. You ask the questions if she doesn't. That's what I'd do for my brother. When they see the rift they're about to go into the start to think. So show them the consequences and ask the questions.

Love you all,

Zeb

Herbal Remedies - Thyroid My little sister

These are great questions, Zeb. Thank you so much for putting this into a clearer perspective for me. And with Sylvia’s and Jamie’s encouragement, I am going to pass this info onto Christine. Too bad if she doesn’t want to hear it, tough love is….tough LOL but I’ll be gentle! And I do remember another major decision she had to make that she said later she wished she’d done it my way instead of hers. I just might remind her of that J

<<<<Here is the only thing I could think of. You need to show by questioning that the MD's are idiots to take it out. How?? You ask questions.

1. Will this keep her from gaining weight? If not why take it out?

2. What is the thyroid for? Will she have to take a medicine after this to support the missing thyroid? If so what, how much and how long?"

3. If you do not remove the thyroid what is the worst thing that could happen.

4. Would the same thing happen if you remove the thyroid?

Anna, really pry and find out why the thyroid removal is necessary. Why is it necessary in plain laymen terms? Get the information and don't be satisfied until you fully understand. When you do fully understand you will see the holes in the theory. Almost everything taken out cannot repair itself. Is this really the right thing to do.

Ask the MD point blank, "If there was an alternative way to save her thyroid using herbs and cleanses would you recommend it? Stall the actual surgery. Research what it's like to lose a thyroid. Find out and hat your sister. Then without telling her what it is let her know there are thousands of people who refuse this surgery and do get fixed.
