e-mail lengths - tyr reding/posting form the site

Sylvia,

It takes twice as long to go on the site reading the

posts and skimming through them when I might as well

get individual mails and do the same thing. The idea

of being part of a list to to see what is going on,

interact in the most productive way. I am a member

of many lists (such as I am sure that many of the

people are on this list) and do not have time to go to

each of the home pages and go through the messages. I

know you are thinking that it saves mailbox space and

you are entitled to be doing this, but I feel I cannot

interact as quickly or efficiently if I have to go to

the site each day. Sometimes doing it this way saves

times as you only have to scroll down through all the

messages, get the information that you need and

eliminate what you don't want in half the time. If my

mail box gets too full then I eliminate the oldest

mail in my box or go no mail until I have cleaned it

out.

It was a nice jesture and I appreciate what you are

saying but I am more aiming at people who are filling

up our mailboxes unnecessarily due to laziness by just

hitting the reply button and resending mountains of

old information when it could be cropped before each

response, leaving our mailboxes less full.

Theoretically, mail does the same thing, but for the life of me, I can't figure out how. And I get between 300 and 700 emails a day.

If you have outlook you can make different inbox folders and set it up to route different groups into different folders upon arrival into your main inbox. So all I have to do it go to my "naturopathic folder" and all that is in there is the emails from this group
