Technically they should be submerged in the liquid so that the juice will dissolve all of the shell .Don't lnow if the pulp is concentrated enough to do that . The worst that will happen here is that the portion not in liquid may not fully dissolve , so you could have an egg or two with some portion of the shell still intack.
