Guest guest
Take 3 Formula #1 pills!!!!!!!! You're supposed to start with 1 and then work one more in each day until you're regular. If she wants to go NOW, start out with 3. Those are some strong herbs in there, the ONLY thing that can make me poop. Guest guest
Well it depends (no pun intended) on what is the cause for the problem. My kids have Hirchsprungs Disease and I am using Milk of Magnesia to regulate their bowels. You could take a massive dose of Mg and what that will do is bring any available water into the large intestine and colon, in effect liquefying any "occupants". However in doing this you must drink lots of water. If you have some Intestinal Cleanse #1 around the house, that would work better. I can't use that on my kids until they can take pills. If you also have a hard time taking capsules if you can get a hold of some Intestinal Cleanse #3, this would also work but you have to take more of it as it is weaker than the IC#1 because it is made for kids and lacks a main and powerful ingredient found in IC#1 and that is Cayenne. cubana_r [cubana_r] Saturday, May 08, 2004 5:27 PMherbal remedies Subject: Herbal Remedies - STRONG LAXATIVEWhat is the strongest laxative out there for an old woman with serious constipation? In other words, is it okay to take Intestinal Claense #1 or #2 if one hasn't had the total body cleanse yet? Phyllis
Guest guest
I take #1 almost every day, have been for a while. You can take it every day indefinately...as long as you're constipated. It's not bad for you in any way. I did a cleanse and then plugged back up after and went right back to taking Form #1.
