Guest guest
You don't want old garlic. You want fresh. Guest guest
Just ignore Guido, he's my evil twin alter ego. Make sure your garlic is fresh, and by all means possible, make sure it is organic. As far as different varieties of garlic, I have no idea which would be better, so I hope someone else answers that aspect of the question, cause I LOVE garlic!! Guest guest
Organic is best but yes, if it's hard to get it any old garlic will do until you get the good stuff. Once you get the good stuff keep it coming and don't let them drop it out. Organic is important. Maybe listen to Doc's tape again or ask for it if you don't have it. IT goes over why organic is SO important at any time. Zeb Is just any old garlic okay?Terrence
Guest guest
I've cooked with Elephant Garlic, but use the regular organic garlic for my tonics/tinctures/etc. Are there other types as well, some better than others for use for remedies?
