Guest guest
Caroline...Yes you apply the DTR directly to the area. The BF & C can be used as a tea or a tincture .Since the DTR will not be ready for awhile or the BF & C , if you tincture it, I strongly suggest that you contact Doc and he can put you in touch with some already made up .These will help you so much that you need some right now . If you tea the BF & C , start that immediately. I would do the hot and cold with an ice pack and heating pad ,or hot moist towel directly on the lower spine. The injured area is going to be the spine somewhere between your waist and your tail bone. That is where you should use the hot and cold etc regardless of where you feel the pain . In otherwords you may feel pain farther out on the buttocks or leg but most assuredly it is coming from the Lumbar region( ANNA ?) We are going to be thinking about you so be sure to let us know how it is going Caroline....Mary O -----

Guest guest
<<it is coming from the Lumbar region( ANNA ?)>>> That’s absolutely right. You can also chase the pain down the leg too with the ice. IE apply ice along the nerve where you’re feeling the pain. Depending on your weight, leave it on for only 10 minutes if slender more as the leg size increases. Just want to say too that most Chiropractors have payment plans, sliding fees, etc. Anna
