Acupuncture and emotions

Hi

I had a miscarriage about a month and a half ago. Since then I've seen an

acupuncturist to

try and help my body heal. Everytime I go, I find the the following day I cry

almost all day.

It's as if all of the emotions from the miscarriage are brought right back to

the forefront.

Is this because there is a certain amount of grief and crying that simply has to

come out?

Or am I actually hurting myself by going too soon, like picking a scab, and the

wound can't

heal?

I suppose it's really two questions - is there such a thing as too much crying,

and is this

the way acupuncture is supposed to work?

No, accupunture is about healing and balancing of the body in both mental and

physical. you might like to visit a traditional (TCM) Physican

with does perform accupunter and prescription of herbal medicine to assist in

balancing your body in both physcial and mental state as we does in the far

east.
