House wants to do away with states' ability to create own food labeling laws

This week the house of reps is voting on a uniform food safety

labeling law that would take away the right of states to create their

own food labeling laws. This is what I just heard on Mike Malloy's

radio show from 2-27-06 starting at about 1hour and 17 minutes into

it. I just had to share this.
