-had the honour of attending Dr.Lanctot's lecture shortly after her

first book came out.

 

She was brilliantly scathing in her anti-pharma rhetoric and mercurial

in her exhorting us all to take responsibility for our lives.

So much so, that i made a point of confronting one of her enrourage &

demanding why she had no bodyguards. The response was,'We've all begged

her...but she refuses.'

 

BTW, when i told her she looked like a young version of Joanne Woodward,

she just shyly smiled.
