Guest guest
SharinSharAlike Tue, 25 Apr 2006 04:11:15 EDT IMPORTANT LIST OF DEMS/REPUBLICANS --- INTERNET EQUALITY (Please pass this on to others) I went through all the states and separated them. The ones with the red stars in front of their names are democrats who voted against us...so we are going to let them know that we are keeping track. There is no excuse for this -- except if they are trading votes at our expense --or taking $$$$$$$$$ from lobbyists. At least no reason I can think of. Ask them when you call. There are 24 democrats and 30 republicans, and 5 dems already sold us out and we only have one republican (Heather Wilson of NM) who has come to our side not to give internet away to corporations. WE NEED TO MAKE THOSE CALLS TO BOTH DEMS AND REPUBLICANS TOMORROW. And cross over to other states if you have time. It is perfectly okay to call several times. Ask the name of the person you are talking to and make sure these messages go to the representatives. The ones that still have to be called to convince are in blue bold. They have not yet voted. The ones that voted against your choice, call them anyway...even if they are republicans. Ask them -- how much were you paid for your vote? Tell them we have a right to know. Be polite, but be firm. Red is against internet equality and green is for. Pass this on and as you send on to others, tell them to make a note of which party is selling out the people -- AS ALWAYS. yeah right...the compassionate conservatives who take money for votes. Tell the moral values people to start paying attention to the way their republican senators and representatives always vote with c$rp$rat$ons. At least we democrats are going to do everything we can to get rid of the dems who do that to us. Dems that everyone should call are the ones that voted against so far to tell them we are not happy -- tell them we are on most every active internet group and we are making sure their names are on the SOLD US OUT LIST. If we wanted republicans we would have voted for them. We expect the dems to stand up for us for crying out loud. Make sure they know that we not only pay attention to our own state, but we pay attention to dems everywhere and we will get the word out that they obviously sold out to corporations. Charles Gonzales of Texas sold us out Bobby Rush of Illinois sold us out Bart Stupak of Michigan sold us out Albert Wynn of Maryland sold us out Edolphus Towns of NY sold us out Here is the link to the map again http://www.savetheinternet.com/=map and here is the map to get phone numbers http://www.visi.com/juan/congress/ Capitol switchboard - 888-355-3588 and 888-818-6641 ***** Washington State - Jay Inslee green/for (Democrat) Oregon - Greg Walden red/against (Republican) California - Anna Eshoo green/for (Democrat) George Radanovich red/against (republican) Lois Capps - not yet voted (democrat) Henry Waxman - not yet voted (democrat) Hilda Solis - not yet voted (democrat) Mary Bono - not yet voted (republican) Idaho -- C.
