Guest guest
Pennyroyal oil is a powerful insect repellent. Most insects hate it including fleas, mosquitoes, ants, and flies. It cannot be applied directly to the skin but can be diluted into a spray for clothing or just put some on a swatch of cloth. It is very potent and probably one of the strongest of the mints. It should not be used around pregnant women or animals as it was used to induce abortions but was used at a much higher amount that one would normally use. Anything minty will help even chewing mint flavored gum as your respirations will fill the air around you with a mint scent. Guest guest
Scott has a good point. I used to be a magnet for mosquitoes. Go outside and mosquitoes in surrounding states would sound the alert - Hey, Cindy's out; let's go get her! :-) That's sure what it felt like. I started taking a B complex supplement for another reason, then realized I no longer was a bug magnet. Now, I rarely get a bite anymore, and I pretty much never put on anything to repel mosquitoes either.
