Guest guest
I have terrible leg cramps, day and night but worse at night, if I don't take magnesium. I take 1,000 to 1,500 mg per day even though the 500 mg pill is 125% of the recommended dosage. I just seem to need more than other people. In summer, I also take potassium. My doctor had to run a potassium test to see if I needed it and warned me not to overdo it because it could be harmful in megadoses but I perspire so heavily that, in summer, I actually lose potassium and need to supplement. As with all things, drink plenty of water! - Anna , smit <smit197 wrote: > > what can be the reasons and how to treat?? > > > > > > > > > >

Guest guest
I had this problem very bad until my midwife told me to take high doses of calcium. I started taking the standard process calcium lactate every day and have not had one cance. I was waking up screaming bloody murder until I started. Guest guest
Have Espsom Salt baths. Just add 1/2 - 1 cup of Epsom salts into a warm bath and relax for 15 minutes to absorb minerals. And I agree...eat bananas. Diana Moore www.bowentherapy.homestead.com
