Guest guest
For those of you who are obsessive ear cleaners, you might need more essential fatty acids in your diet! Try adding flaxseed oil, fish oils, sesame oil, borage oil and such to your nutritional supplement routine. I used to be a really obsessive ear cleaner because, otherwise, the wax would build up and interfere with my hearing. Then a naturopathic doctor, in recommending essential fatty acids, mentioned that if you don't have enough " good oils " in your diet that you lack proper lubricants and can become constipated and have ear wax build up because your body needs the oils to move things out. Yes! Not long after I started using the oils he recommended, this big chunk of wax just fell out of my ear by itself! Prior to that, I had to do all kinds of cleaning and sometimes even required the doctor's help in flushing out and cleaning my ears. My Dad was the same way. So, for those you obsessive about clean ears, think about getting the right oils into your system! - Anna , Mike Michaeloff <mgmichaeloff wrote: > > Ear wax is a natural deterrent to bugs attempting to enter ear.
