Guest guest
Can anyone give me a name of a product I can use to treat a ear ache with? I don't want to go to a doctor to be put on antibiotics. Also, need any help on finding out what's wrong with me. My issues have been bothering me for a little over a year now. I first went to my family doc due to hugh amount of hair falling out. He ran blood test and came back as low on B-12 and anemic. Took the B-12 shots and some iron and helped some, but didn't seem to help with the hair coming out. I have also had sleep problems, anxiety, vertigo(at times).I've been to a ENT for the vertigo and had a MRI of the head, no problems found. The doc's have taken blood each time and keep trying to tell me that I maybe going through premenopause. I'm 45 yrs. old and I've just started taking Xanax 0.5 mg. & Prozac 20 mg. per doc. instructions to help with the anxiety that almost sends me into a full panic. Any advice with these issues would be greatly appricated.
Guest guest
I use oregano oil if I have an earache coming on. I have always struggled off and on with my ears, and with oregano oil in my cupboard, I don't worry. When I first feel the slightest ache or pressure, I apply several drops behind my ears. Any extra on my fingers, and I rub it all around the outer part of my ear. I have never put it inside, only on the outside. It is absorbed, and allows the fluid to drain. I hope this helps. Feel free to email me if you have any questions. Kassy relivarkansas , " jlbfitts " <jlbfitts wrote: > > Can anyone give me a name of a product I can use to treat a ear ache > with? Guest guest
THere is a script you can get from the doc until he figures out whats causing the pain. It is Aurodex Otic Solution. This is only for dealing with the pain and is not an antibiotic. medusa - " jlbfitts " <jlbfitts Thursday, September 04, 2008 11:47 AM Ear ache > Can anyone give me a name of a product I can use to treat > a ear ache > with? Guest guest
I like simple, cheap remedies. Whenever I have an earache (not often), I finely chop maybe half a small onion, wrap it in a hanky or paper towel, and hold it to my ear. The vapors seem to go *up* so I lay my head over the onion. Soap and water takes care of the smell afterward, just fine. The other -- I don't know, but did they check for thyroid issues? Other people can tell you a lot about that. Another thing that can make your hair fall out is lupus. Did they check for anti-nuclear antibodies (ANA)? good luck Joy , " jlbfitts " <jlbfitts wrote: > > Can anyone give me a name of a product I can use to treat a ear ache > with? Guest guest
There are a few ear oils that may offer some relief, though it will depend on what your ear ache is coming from. I like Wally's Ear Oil, but you also can get other brands or even just mullein oil. You also might want to try ear candles, but make sure to do at least two in each ear the first time. For the other symptoms, did your doctor run a complete thyroid profile? A lot of those problems can arise from having an underactive thyroid so, if he didn't check that, that test should be run. Even if you are in peri-menopause, it doesn't mean you should have to suffer. A doctor shouldn't easily toss aside your complaints and blame them on hormonal issues without looking further, and, most importantly, working with you until they are solved. Licorice, parsley and Maca are all good adrenal foods. Check out Michelle's http://WholisticMenopause.com for more details. Different remedies work for different people, but one thing you can't go wrong with: NOURISH, don't tweak. When we feed our bodies the raw materials the inner healer can go to work and make the hormones appropriate to your stage of life. I was a muddled menopausal mess 12 years ago. My hair was falling out, my brain only worked intermittently, I was feeling on the verge of depression, I had a host of small ageing signs and I was exhausted all the time. A whole wild food did the trick. Ien in the Kootenays http://freegreenliving.com http://wildwholefoods.net
Guest guest
Hello, dear friend! Against insomnia, you could eat half banana in the evening before going to sleep. I do it whenever I have such problems, and it works. Maybe self-suggestion would help, too. I don't know... Please, visit http://www.vitanaturalis.com/flower-remedies.shtml, maybe you could find some useful information there. Best regards and good health! Guest guest
Hair falling out many times is due to stress. The more stress on the body the more it falls out. There are of course many more reasons for it. Usually though the stress was 3 months ago. As for the ear ache the best thing my wife and I found was a cotton swab and tea tree oil. works on her fast. I have also had a friend that needed to see a chiropractor for the problem. Usually there is a ear adjustment and C2 adjustment which are associated with ear and sinus problems. Guest guest
Years ago I had similar problems... ear, etc. First, I totally changed my diet and lifestyle. Then I started to use food grade H2O2. I have been cleaning my OUTER EAR " (never went inside the ear, though) with a tiny bit of H2O2 on a cotton swab ever since and have no problems with the ears anymore. I understand that there is bacteria in the ear and if it is gone, the problem goes with it (in my case, anyway); I had chronic middle ear infections all my life--until about 30 years ago. Your other health problems seem similar to my past ones too. I did have thyroid problems (Hypo) and with diet (some healthy foods inhibit thyroid functions too) and supplements I am doing fine now. The doctors did--of course--want to prescribe hormones, but I can do without them. It is not easy, I have to say... I have to be super disciplined with what I eat... Maybe my answer helped... I really hope so and wish you the best.
