Hi Rebecca,

  My name is Liz.  I can relate to how you feel.  In January I weighed 264

pounds.  I didn't exercise or anything, ate everything I wanted.  I started

the special K diet.  I started walking everyday like 1 mile.  At first I about

died.  I was out of breath and sweating like a pig.  But I kept it up and I

only weighed once a week at the same time. I was afraid if I weighed anymore I

would quit because I didn't see any results.  I started watching Biggest Loser

and though if they can do it I can.  So I bought the biggest Loser dvd and

started doing it every other day and walking 2 miles on the other days.  Every

other day BOB was kicking my butt.  The weight was steadily coming off. 

People were starting to notice.  In May I started doing 100 crunches after my

workout.  AT first I had to do them in sets of 10.  But now I am doing them in

sets of 40-50.  This has really changed my life and I love it!!!  I currently

weigh 221 and I am

hoping to lose another 25 by Thanksgiving.  So if you want to help each other

out and be buddys let me know.  I have my hard days to but you just have to get

yourself moving and afterwards you feel so  much better.  Good Luck and hope

hello: How many days a week do you eat " Special K cereal ? the diet

works becaue Special K is high in Fiber and the B-vitamins; the B-

vitmains help to improve the mood; improved mood helps to lose weight

and the B-vits. in Special help to give energy;All Bran is good; too;

 

Granola is good if you make yourself; with high fiber sunflower

seeds ; sunflower seeds are high in Thiamine;Pantothenic Acid and

Pangamic Acid;they have essetnial fatty acids 3-6-9; sunflower seeds.-
