it would not be fair of me, after reading all the questions below,espicially the

one on neck issues and tmj....not to mention a class coming up in edmonton

alberta canada on jin shin jutysu.......it is a realistic art ideal for people

of any walk of life,those who work with animals,families,health, or would just

love to be healthier.

Treatment for TMJ

My 17 yr old has popping in the jaw with some pain. I read about night

guards at night to help stop teeth grinding, but want to know if there

are other treaments besides ice/ibuprofen for pain- thanks

I vote for the thermoses as well. We just bought some ourselves. Bottled water

creates

unnecessary waste! It's funny as I had to explain to my 8-year-old what a

thermos was

but now she's way on board.
