Guest guest
I had my gall bladder removed about 29 years ago, and I was wondering if there are any supplements, herbs etc. that I need to avoid? I am interested in beginning natural therapies to treat severe chronic pain/arthritis-related pains, etc. ~ inflammation in my body. I was wondering if anyone could inform me about products to avoid - i.e. I " heard " that Curcumin might not be advised for those without a gall bladder......How and where can I find out about this type of thing? Any opinions, advice, suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Guest guest
Lilacs1953, I use to have severe and chronic inflammation from osteo arthritis and for years, before I knew better, took NASIDS. I am now totally pain free from the arthritis and all I did to achieve this is to eliminate sugar, flour, pasta, rice and white potatoes from my diet to lose weight and found this huge side benefit. Of course I cannot guarantee this for another, but it certainly did the trick for me. I also had my gallbladder removed many years ago. Blessings, Cynthia
