Guest guest
knees problems came from insufficient blood circulation to that part of the body, normally it is a cause of weaker liver function as weel as a weaker kidney function too. there is a very simple exercise that you can do to help draw blood circulation to your knees, it helps to relief pain, lubricate knees, strengthen your legs etc.  knees down on your bed if needed put on a knees protector, if kneeing down hurts you, just stay down for couple of mins each time, in a few exercise, the pain due to knees down will disappear.  if it doesnt hurt you, walk with your knees on the bed forward and backward, walk 5 mins each time, do twice a day, first thing in the morning, then around 5-7pm in the evening, dont walk on knees after meal but say 2hours after meal.  in 10 days you will feel the difference. tell us how it goes. --- 2009å¹´2月12æ—¥ 星期四,cheryl bullock <cooee.shari 寫é“﹕ 寄件人: cheryl bullock <cooee.shari 主題: Baker's cyst 收件人: 日期: 2009 2 12 星期四 ä¸‹åˆ 5:13  I have bakers cyst- right knee---it's not a normal cyst rather synovial fluid pushed out of joint caught in sac--------- -----any remedies out there-as i don't know one thanks in advance Make 7 your homepage and win a trip to the Quiksilver Pro. Guest guest
Thank you for asking about a baker's cyst.? I was about to ask about the same thing.? I got my first baker's cyst after banging my right knee agaomst a hospital bed.? Since then I have had 3 other incidents regarding baker's cysts.? It takes a long time to get the knee feeling normal.? So if you get any suggestions for natural cures, please forward them to me.? Thanks cheryl bullock <cooee.shari Thu, 12 Feb 2009 4:13 am Baker's cyst ?I have? bakers cyst- right knee---it's not? a normal cyst rather synovial? fluid? pushed out? of joint? caught in sac--------------any remedies? out? there-as i don't know one thanks in advance Make 7 your homepage and win a trip to the Quiksilver Pro. Guest guest
I would not suggest 'banging ones knee' against anything since the risk to further injury is quite strong....why add insult upon injury!
