Guest guest
Every now and then I make a mix of 1/2 tsp baking soda and 1/2 tsp salt, dip my electric toothbrush into this mix and brush each individual tooth with it. I often get comments on how white my teeth look. I find an electric toothbrush works so much better with this that an ordinary toothbrush. Guest guest
Just wet your toothbrush and that normally gives you enough water to crreat a paste when you dip it in..otherwise put a couple of drops of water directly into the mix and stir it. Its a great mix for getting rid of tea stains on cups too! Diana Moore http://www.bowentherapy.homestead.com
