Guest guest
yesterday i was told i had tinnitus by the ent specialist, and perfect hearing. he said nothing to do about it. after seeing my gp this morning, he suggested gingko biloba. so i bought some after consulting with my chemist for any mixing of my meds, i have essential tremor, asthma and hiatal hernia, so have to check. i hope this works as the noises are driving me crazy. i'm burning essential oils and playing relaxation therapy music. as i've read also stress can make it worse, Anastasia

Guest guest
Hello Andy, My son had Tinnitus when he was a teen. He went to the doctor for a round of antibiotics that did not help. When he finally relented to trying my home remedy of Glycerine, it worked. Glycerine should be easy to find at any drug store. I could not find the book where I originally got this remedy, but here's a website where I found it repeated. http://www.mamaherb.com/Treatments/View.aspx?id=1349 Sending you love and light... I am able now to get complete silence after periods of relaxation. I use my own hypnosis tapes to help me relax or listen to calming music and also meditate. I work with Angels too and so believe that not listening to you inner guidance can cause all sort of health issues. I teach people how to listen to their inner guidance as a Life Coach and have helped lots to find inner peace and my own inner silence after having what seemed like a veritable washing machine going around in my head. For someone who loves silence and meditation.. I HAD to find a way and for me it was my Angels telling me I needed to listen - I finally gave in and let go of things I was holding on to that were not doing me any good. Guest guest
Hi Anatasia, I have had tinnitus for many years. I know from my own personal experience that when I had my wisdom teeth pulled, the tinnitus I had lessened. I have noticed when my TMJ acts up, it makes the tinnitus worse. Acupressure seems to help best with it. I have not come across any herbal or other kind of supplements that work. Rubbing back behind the ear and in front of it seems to help best. Needless to say, reflexology and acupressure is what works for tinnitus.
