What’s the consensus on detoxifying the body? How beneficial is it? Should

everyone do it at least occasionally? Many believe that since our environment

is so toxic our body’s natural detoxification functions are inadequate and it

is necessary to do a detox regime regularly. What methods do you use to detox?

Common aspects of detox programs are increasing the intake of vegetables so that

water and fat soluble toxins can be eliminated, only consuming unprocessed,

clean, nutrient dense foods, increasing fiber intake, avoiding foods that are

allergenic or contain chemicals, following a diet matching your metabolic type

and exercising. The detox supplements and formulas vary. What methods and

supplements have you used for detoxing?
