Guest guest
Hello, What will prevent diabetes is not eating sugar and white flour. Dr. Banting, the co-discoverer of insulin, visited sugar plantations in the 1920s. He observed that the plantation workers ate only raw, unrefined sugar cane. The plantation owners ate the refined stuff. The workers never got diabetes; the owners often did. As for white flour, flour manufacturers have been putting alloxan in it for years to make it whiter and brighter. Alloxan is injected into lab rats to make them diabetic. Alloxan has the same diabetes-causing effect in humans. The flour folks have known this for years. Regards, Christine P.S. Honey is a known cure for diabetes. Google it.
