You can keep smoking while you take them. It was about 3- 4 weeks after taking the drops that I ran out of cigarettes, and I never bought another one since. It was that easy. I kept the mix on hand for anytime that I might feel tempted, like social occassions, xmas etc...but I never really needed them. Guest guest
Hi Karin, I had the health shop make a mix of all of the suggested bach flowers to it was easy to use. Then I placed the bach flowers where I would see them all of the time, sometimes even placing them in my pocket. I would take 3 drops per time and for the first few days I mays have taken about 10 or more doses. Just whenever I thought of them I would take a dose. Allowing my intuition to guide me. Over a period of time I would end up taking less less of them and at the same time I found I was having less cigarettes. But from memory it was only about 3-4 weeks when I ran out of cigarettes (and we know what panic that nomrally sets in at nighttime if you know you can't have any until the morning) and I was surprised to hear myself thinking, no worries..I will wait until the morning to get some. But I never did. I didn't really feel I needed them anymore. My husband also did this and gave up just as easily. We had tried everything before doing this including hypnosis. What I liked about it best is there was no withdrawal symptoms. Good luck and please let me know if you try it.
