Susan,There are lots of things you could have in the morning for breakfast that do not have to be expensive. If you cant do organic, at least eliminate some of the big offenders like processed meats, dairy and stuff containing sugar.Total tonic is made entirely of common stuff that you can get at the local market as long as it is fresh. Also, you might want to start pricing things out now and making the comparisson of organics to conventions, i think you will find in some cases that the prices on some organic items are quite resonable.I know that Saving up funds for supplies for the cleanse or other tonics can be a bummer when things are tight.Food Ideas.... You can try fruit smoothies? You could do a fruit smoothie with almond Milk, fruit and perhaps a raw egg and some flax seed oil (or

Udo's). Later when you do the cleanse, you can add other stuff like Total Nutrition. Or how about home made oat groats with local honey and almond milk?Lunch should be cake! take your basic salad and then pick a theme. Add shredded carrots, shredded sprouted almonds, beans sprouts, and snow peas along with a little ginger, lime and honey dressing and you have a great fresh asain salad.Add cilantro, diced tomatoes and onion along with a few crushed chips for a taco like salad. If you are a real bread lover and just have to ahve a sandwich from time to time, then try Ezekiel Bread, it is ready made, sprouted and super easy on the belly! then you could make a sprouted almond butter with some local honey for a yummy snack. There are a ton of things you can do that dont have to be hard to digest or cost a fortune. I know others have ideas too.Sylvia---

Instead of eggs i can use flax seeds??? i maybe able to eat some flax seeds...i ate mostly fruit and vegtables today..> except for a hot dog...we don't have very much in our pantry right now so I have to eat what is in there...i got a catalog from mountainroseherbs...it should be coming sometime this week. do yall believe in enzymes or just papaya and/or pineapple? papaya's are very very expensive!! I told my husband to get me one at the store...i clean them really good...> > Love> Susan> > Jasmina Alisic <jalisic579@s...> wrote:> Hi Susan> I think you started your day wrong. Toast- what

kind of toast is it sprouted grain or not. Egg replacer IN THE BOX? Why is that? Avoid anything that is processed too much, I learned that much from this list. I don't buy anything in the box any more. If you don't eat eggs see flax seed as egg replacer. Take fresh fruit, juices! That what I would do. I was never big fruit eater. All my life I ate maybe 10 pounds of apples. I didn't eat vegetable either My mother gave up on me. But now she can't believe that I have cravings for fresh salad. . I eat 99% fresh. And I found that is great way to live.> Regards> Jasmina> > susan leach <onechildwld1> wrote:> Kelli,> > Yes...YES!! i PRINTED them out but don't know how to go about starting it!! I don't have much access to organic stuff really so I have to make do with what I have....for breakfast I had...> french toast---made it w/ egg replacers in a box, rice

milk and a little bit of sugar free syrup.
