Sylvia just mentioned how she takes MSM when she feels achy...and that got me thinking...

 

I started taking Tae Kwon Do again after a good solid two year break. Now this was a break during which I have really done NO structured exercise at all. I KNEW I was going in to this totally out of shape and my muscles would hurt. After a bit of discussion a while back regarding MSM because my back was aching I decided to start putting some MSM in my water each day. I still don't know exactly how much to take, but I guess I manage to put about a pinch of MSM into about two bottles of water each day. I don't know what this means mg wise....lol. Anyway, the point of this is that since I started back into TKD and knowing I will hurt...I'm really very surprised that even after a VERY tough work out I don't hurt as much as I remember hurting before. I know that I am totally out of shape, so I am imagineing that the MSM is making some kind of difference in the way my muscles feel and are healing after each work out.

 

Do you think? or am I totally off?
